All three images show a level of Sclerotinia in cereals disease that should be a concern.
The lesions you are seeing are not the whole story. More tissue has been infected, but is not showing symptoms yet. Leaf diseases typically begin on the lower or middle leaves and move up the plant towards the emerging flag leaf. Even a few lesions on the middle leaves (3rd or 4th leaf) can put the health of the flag leaf and penultimate leaf at risk — and ultimately, the yield of your cereal crop is at stake.
